Research focus
· Identification of predictive factors for the efficacy and safety of pharmacotherapy, in particular using applied pharmacokinetics, therapeutic drug monitoring and population pharmacokinetic analysis (NLME)
· Preclinical testing of the effect of various technological formulations or alternative routes of administration on the pharmacokinetic profile of drugs
· Study of the therapeutic potential of selected compounds in an experimental model of rheumatoid arthritis (collagen-induced arthritis)
